A NEW NORMAL
July 11, 2017
I have written about having closure in our grieving process. I do think we can have closure in some losses. I think the circle can be completed. For example: experiencing an empty nest, the loss of a job and divorce to mention a few .
Grieving the loss of a loved one is not a project with a beginning and end. We really have no closure, it is a reflection of a loss that never goes away but we do find a place for it and learn to live with it. We learn to honor the memories and not the pain. We find a new normal.
